KKUIC Inspires Next-Gen Global Citizens

On April 3, 2026, Khon Kaen University International College (KKUIC), led by Asst. Prof. Khwanjira Ponsree, Associate Dean for Growth and Organizational Image Enhancement Division, and Ms. Jittima Kraisriwattana, Assistant Dean for Creative Programs and Special Affairs, proudly welcomed the teachers and students for the ‘KKUDS Pre-University Camp 2026’ at the Fundamental Skills Development and Lecture Building. It was an inspiring day filled with academic exploration, as students immersed themselves in our world-class international learning environment.
The program kicked off with a warm welcome and an energetic performance by the Dance Club, creating a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere. This was followed by an overview of KKUIC’s mission, highlighting its commitment to cultivating “Global Citizens” who are ready to lead in an interconnected world.
 
In-Depth Academic Guidance and Admission Insights Special sessions were conducted to provide comprehensive guidance on university life and admissions, focusing on:
– Program Overview: Detailed information on international curricula designed to meet global job market demands.
– Admission Strategies: Expert tips on preparing for the TCAS to maximize students’ chances of success.
– Lifelong Learning: An introduction to activities from the Center for International Creative Lifelong Learning (CICLL), which promotes learning beyond traditional textbooks.
– Creative Media Workshop & Campus Exploration
A major highlight of the day was the hands-on Creative Media Workshop organized by the Mix Media Club, where students explored photography techniques and creative content production. The event concluded with a campus tour of KKUIC’s modern classrooms, advanced laboratories, and diverse Learning Spaces, allowing students to experience the world-class facilities provided for international students.
This initiative not only strengthens the relationship between the college and its network schools but also serves as a vital stepping stone for students to explore their passions and discover the right career paths for their future.
