KKUIC Launches ‘Youngblood’ Research Camp to Guide Early-Career Academics from Concept to International Publication

On 2–3 April 2026, the Khon Kaen University International College (KKUIC) advanced its efforts to strengthen research capacity by organizing the “Youngblood Research Incubation & Mentoring Camp.” The program aimed to build knowledge, understanding, and practical pathways for developing high-quality research for publication in international academic journals.

Two program highlights
📌2 April 2026 — Lecture session: Covered topic selection/research themes, developing concepts into research questions, study design, initial research planning, writing up results for publication, journal selection, funding sources in Thailand, and research ethics.
📌3 April 2026 — Practical session (hands-on): Participants began drafting project proposals/research ideas and received group-specific mentoring and feedback from the expert panel.
The project aims to create a stepwise support pathway—from idea to implementation—combined with close mentoring mechanisms to produce concrete outcomes and sustainably strengthen KKUIC’s research capacity.
