Champions of Culture: KKUIC Takes 1st Prize at KKU Carnival 2025 with Spectacular ‘Esan Ghost’ Parade

Khon Kaen University International College (KKUIC) has once again proven its creative prowess and cultural spirit by winning the First Prize in the highly competitive “KKU Carnival 2025” parade competition at the prestigious Sithan Festival International.

Prof. Dr. Niyom Wongphongkham, Vice President for Arts, Culture, and Creative Economy of Khon Kaen University, who personally congratulated the college on its outstanding achievement. The winning parade, conceptualized under the vibrant theme “Esan Ghost Play Dance Troupe,” captivated judges and spectators alike with its unique blend of traditional Isan folklore and contemporary performance art.
