On October 14, 2025, at the Social Space, the “Hotel Service Excellence with Les Clefs d’Or” event was organized to enhance the potential and prepare students for excellence in the service industry.
This event provided students with the opportunity to learn and exchange experiences directly with high-level experts from the Les Clefs d’Or Thailand Association. Students gained insights into service excellence standards, modern concierge leadership, and sustainable hotel operations.
Goals of the Project:
1.Enhance students’ learning experience in sustainable hotel operations, supporting the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
2.Elevate the quality and standards of the curriculum through hands-on learning from industry experts.
3.Promote international experiences for students through learning about global service standards.
4.Build a strong academic network and collaboration between the International College and leading organizations in the service industry.
