The event was held on September 6, 2024, at the Social Space on the second floor of KKUIC. It was led by by Sirimonbhorn Thipsingh, Dean of KKUIC; Dr. Wanwisa Wannapipat, Associate Dean for Student Empowerment and Organizational Happiness. The activity was attended by executives and support staff, who participated in a warm and friendly atmosphere.
Special thanks go to the guest speaker, ASST. PROF. DR. AJIRAVUDH SUBARNBHESAJ, Dean of the Faculty of Dentistry, Khon Kaen University. The Faculty of Dentistry was awarded the TQC Plus: People Award in 2021 for excellence in personnel management. Dr. AJIRAVUDH shared his knowledge and inspiration with the participants.
Participants expressed their satisfaction, particularly in terms of understanding themselves and their colleagues. One participant noted, “I’ve come to know myself better and realized that working with others requires understanding, not comparison.” Others shared that they “discovered new ways to find inspiration at work” and “learned how to appropriately approach different types of people.”
