KKUIC Hosts Workshops to Enhance Student Skills for Sustainable Global Citizenship

Khon Kaen University International College (KKUIC) recently organized two impressive professional development sessions in April, focusing on developing crucial skills for students preparing to enter the business world as responsible global citizens.

The first workshop was held on April 23, titled “Speak to Lead: Communication That Moves Ideas, Teams, and Markets,” presented by Mr. Chonlawit J. Wongsriwor. The session focused on enhancing effective communication skills, which form the foundation for successful business operations and future leadership roles. Students learned valuable communication techniques that can drive ideas, teams, and markets forward.

The second workshop took place on April 25, titled “Getting Ready for Change: Embracing Diversity as a Young Entrepreneur,” led by Mr. Wanchana Virajalabha, offering insights on embracing diversity as a young entrepreneur in today’s dynamic business landscape.

These activities went beyond professional skill development, supporting students’ growth as sustainable global citizens. The workshops encouraged students to recognize social and environmental responsibilities in business practices, learn to integrate sustainability principles into business decision-making, and understand the importance of creating positive impacts on society and the world.

The atmosphere in Room M301 was electric and energetic, with significant student participation. Attendees gained valuable knowledge and skills that will benefit their professional development and prepare them to become responsible leaders in the future.

The college is committed to organizing similar activities continuously to enhance students’ capabilities to face challenges in the rapidly changing business world and to contribute to global sustainable development initiatives.
