• Affirmation Wall to check in with your heart and leave kind words for yourself and others
•“Dear Me: Self-Reflection Letter,” to be mailed back in January 2026 as a tender reminder of how far you’ll have come

• Conversation Card, a friendly prompt deck that helped students and staff open up, listen deeply, and see through one another’s eyes—one gentle conversation at a time
Throughout the week, we welcomed over 110 more participants than planned—students and staff who paused to breathe, checked in on the Affirmation Wall, opened up with the Conversation Cards, and penned 80+ “Dear Me” letters to be mailed back next year (January 2026). Thank you for your trust—the warmth of this space exists because of each and every one of you.
