* No available seats for other study programs apart from Bachelor of Arts in International Affairs and Bachelor of Communication Arts in International Journalism for the undergraduate applications of KKUIC Direct Admission R.2 (Semester 2/2023).
Applicant Qualifications
1. Being a Thai student who is studying or completed Matthayom 6 in the Thai educational system with a total 5-semester GPAX ≥ 2.00 or a 6-semester GPAX ≥ 2.00.
2. Being a Thai or an international student who completed a secondary education or an equivalent degree from a non-Thai educational institute accredited by the Ministry of Education, Thailand. Or, the student who holds one of the following high school equivalency certificates:
- GED (General Educational Development): The applicant must pass 5 subjects with a minimum score of 410 per each for the Old GED, or pass 4 subjects with a minimum score of 145 per each for the New GED.
- The applicant who completed Grade 12 in the US system or Grade 13 in the British system, or obtained the National Certificate of Educational Achievement (NCEA) regulated by the New Zealand Qualifications Authority (NZQA)
- The applicant who graduated from other educational systems according to the high school curriculum or others equivalent to the basic core education (Secondary School) of a particular country.
* Remark: All applicants who hold a foreign diploma or the GED credential must proceed the equivalency certification through the Ministry of Education, Thailand. Please follow the instruction below to get the High School Equivalence Certificate.
High School Equivalence Certificate
- For applicants with a foreign High School Diploma on hand.
- For applicants with the GED Credential with a minimum score of 145 on all 4 subjects.
- Enter the High School Certificate Equivalency System at https://hsces.atc.chula.ac.th/
- Request for the Equivalence Certificate and GPAX Equivalence Certificate
* The process will be completed within 7 working days after payment confirmed.
Criteria
The applicants without English test
results (for all programs) or math test results (for B.B.A. programs)
1. The applicants for all programs without English test results must take the online English examination offered by KKUIC on the interview date.
2. The applicants for B.B.A. in Global Business (GB), International Marketing (IM), and International Entrepreneurship (IE) without math test results must take the online math examination offered by KKUIC on the interview date.
3. If the applicants have one or others of all test results, they can also take the online English/Math exams offered by KKUIC to submit as the additional test results.
The applicants with English test results
(for all programs) or math test results
(for B.B.A. programs)
1. The applicants for all programs can submit one of
the following English proficiency test results:
- IELTS (overall band score) ≥ 5.0
- TOEFL (iBT) ≥ 61
- SAT Math ≥ 600 (for B.B.A. programs)
2. The applicants for B.B.A. programs can submit
SAT Math ≥ 450 as a mathematical proficiency test
result.
3. If the applicants has one or others of all test results, they can also take the online English/Math exams offered by KKUIC to submit as the additional test results.
* In case of the applicants who don’t meet any requirement, they will be evaluated by the KKUIC Admission Committee, and the committee’s judgement is final.
** The applicants who apply for the KKUIC Direct Admission must not previously confirm their eligibility through the TCAS admission system.

- Writing examination
- The applicants for all programs without English test results must take the online English examination offered by KKUIC on the interview date. If the test result meets our criteria, the applicant doesn’t need to enroll the English for Specific Academic Purposes (ESAP) courses.

The applicants for B.B.A. in Global Business (GB), International Marketing (IM), International Entrepreneurship (IE) without math test results
must take the online math examination offered by KKUIC on the interview date.

- The applicants must attend the online interview in English.
The applicants with English/Math test
results
- Interview
- The applicants who submitted English/Mathematical Proficiency Test Result(s) can directly attend the online interview in English.
Note:
* The applicants who don’t meet the admission criteria must enroll in the English for Specific and Academic Purposes (ESAP) course, and be charged for all expenses. Read the announcement regarding the ESAP course, click here!
