KKUIC Well-being 2026: Recharge to Perform – Fostering Sustainable Mental Health Care

On May 7, 2026, from 12:30 PM to 4:30 PM, the Student Potential Enhancement Department of KKU International College, led by Asst. Prof. Sirimonbhorn Thipsingh, Dean, Khon Kaen University International College, and Ms. Rapeepan Phittayadilok, Associate Dean for Administration and Strategic Planning, hosted the “KKUIC Well-being 2026: Recharge to Perform” event. The program aimed to empower students to manage their mental health sustainably through self-understanding, emotional restoration, and maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
🚀The college was honored to have Captain Komkrit Kongmuang, High-stakes Leadership and Performance Psychology Consultant, as the keynote speaker. He shared practical concepts and tools to help students effectively navigate stress, burnout, and pressure, emphasizing that “rest” and “self-care” are essential components of stable, long-term growth.
The atmosphere was warm, relaxing, and friendly. Students participated in self-exploration activities, exchanged perspectives, and discovered personalized ways to recharge their mental energy. These sessions were designed to help them return to their studies and personal lives with more balance and enhanced potential.
KKUIC Well-being 2026: Recharge to Perform reflects the college’s commitment to creating a learning environment that prioritizes student well-being and encourages everyone to care for their mental health continuously and sustainably.
