Empowering Education: KKUIC Advances Responsible Management at UN PRME Pedagogy Introductory Workshop

Khon Kaen University International College (KKUIC) continues to lead the way in educational innovation by participating in the UN PRME Pedagogy Introductory Workshop under the theme “Empowering Responsible Management Education.” Held on Friday, November 28, 2025, at the Social Space, the event marked a significant step toward integrating sustainability into modern curriculum standards.

The workshop was led by distinguished experts in the field: Assoc. Prof. Dr. Priya Sharma Amarjit Singh, a member of the Global PRME Board, and Dr. Vasu Srivibha, Chair of the PRME Chapter ASEAN+ and Advisor at Sasin School of Management. Their guidance provided faculty members with deep insights into meaningfully embedding the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) into teaching methodologies.

To address the challenges of modern education, the workshop focused on three critical areas:

  • Active Learning in Large Classrooms: Strategies to keep students engaged regardless of class size.

  • Designing Experiential Learning Using AI: Leveraging Artificial Intelligence to create immersive learning experiences.

  • Rethinking Pedagogical Strategies for Online Learning: Adapting teaching methods for the digital era.

This event was more than just a seminar; it was a platform for educators to upskill and reimagine their roles. By learning to integrate SDGs and AI into their coursework, KKUIC faculty are now better equipped to inspire students to become active participants in societal change.

Furthermore, the workshop served as a vital networking hub, fostering collaboration among educators from various institutions. This exchange of ideas lays a strong foundation for the future of responsible management education, ensuring that KKUIC remains at the forefront of producing socially responsible leaders.
