KKU International College kicked off its Halloween 2024 celebration with an electrifying event themed “Killing it on the Halloween catwalk!” The night was packed with spine-tingling activities that left attendees both thrilled and chilled to the bone.
The evening’s showstopper was an epic Halloween costume contest where students and faculty members went all out, transforming themselves into everything from classic monsters to creative nightmare fuel. The competition was fierce as participants strutted their spooky stuff down the catwalk, eyeing those coveted special prizes. The entertainment didn’t stop there – the crowd went wild for high-energy cover dance performances and the haunting “Music in the Graveyard” mini-concert, where talented performers served up killer tunes in a perfectly eerie setting.
“This event goes beyond just having a good time,” explained Asst. Prof. Sirimonbhorn Thipsingh, Dean of the International College. “It’s a fantastic opportunity for our students to immerse themselves in Western culture while unleashing their creative spirits through various activities.”
The atmosphere was electric with a perfect blend of screams and laughter! Zombies mingled with vampires, witches chatted with ghosts, and everyone – from freshman to faculty – got into the Halloween spirit. You could feel the positive energy in the air as students and teachers bonded over shared spooks and jokes, proving once again that some of the best learning happens outside the classroom walls.
The event was such a hit that some students were already buzzing about costume ideas for next year’s celebration before the night was even over! 🎃👻
